Mushoki Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation 2 is an Isekai Japanese anime series based on the light novel series by Rifujin na Magonote and illustrated by Shirotaka. The first season of the anime was aired in 2020, on Tokyo MX, KBS, BS11, and SUN. On March 6, 2022, the commencement of a second season was officially declared. Season 2 will be directed by Hiroki Hirano, with scripts handled by Toshiya Ono.
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation has achieved success, with its web novel released from Syosetu’s rankings having made multiple appearances as the most well-liked piece of content on the internet, and then expanding into a franchise starting in 2014. The franchise has more than 10 million copies in sale as of February 2022.
Release Date
The second season is set to premiere on July 3, 2023. The creation of an anime version of Mushoku Tensei was announced on March 15, 2019, on MF Books’ official website.
The anime, which is directed by Manabu Okamoto and animated by Studio Bind with character designs by Kazutaka Sugiyama and music by Yoshiaki Fujisawa, was subsequently revealed to be a television series on October 18, 2019.

What is Mushoki Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime About?
The series is about an unoccupied and desperate fellow who dies after having a sad and desolate life. He reincarnates in a fantasy world while keeping his memories intact. In this fresh start, he is persistent in relishing his new life without laments and retreats under the name Rudeus Greyrat.
The second season takes off from where the last series retired. Rudeus, Eris, and Ruijard are doing everything they can to get back home after being mysteriously teleported to a foreign continent. Through their travels, they locate unique locales, unique people, and unusual truths about themselves and their treasured ones. It’s an expedition filled with marvel, enticement, and sentiment.

The developer of the anime unveiled a visual teaser revealing the wide cast of the new season. The official trailer was also released which showcases the adventures and sentiments of the character in the fantasy world.
The trailer also reveals the opening and ending themes which capture the audience’s heart. The opening theme song is “Spiral” by Longman, and the ending theme song is “Musubime” by Yuiko Ōhara.
